How to track my order?

When your order is ready we will send you an email with all the tracking information and a link to track your order.

What do I do if I haven't received my confirmation email?

What if I need to modify my order?

Please note that once orders have been placed, we are unable to make any changes. If your package is sent back to our warehouse and you would like for this to be reshipped, this will incur a reshipping fee.

When I place an item in my shopping cart, am I guaranteed to receive the merchandise?

Placing items into your shopping cart does not guarantee the items will remain in stock.

Once an item has been purchased, we will send you an order confirmation email. If we are unable to complete your order for any reason, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.

I received a damaged product. What should I do?

At VRYNK, we pride ourselves on unparalleled product quality. That’s why all our orders go through a 3-step quality check before we ship them out. However, if a damaged or defective item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free
replacement. Please contact us within 30 days of the damaged/defective items
and we will be more than happy to reship the item for you.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept credit cards and PayPal.

Where do I type in my promo code?

Once you get to checkout, there will be a promo code field for you to insert your special code.

I placed an order! When will I get it?

VRYNK aims to ship out your order as quickly as possible. All orders are
dispatched within 3 to 7 business days. Confirmation of this will be sent to your email along with a tracking link. Orders ship within three to five business day from when the order is processed. Orders placed on Friday after 12 p.m., Saturday, and Sunday are processed and shipped the following week.

During high volume periods, like a sale, the processing time may increase. For domestic orders, shipments may take 3-6 business days. For international orders, shipments may take up to 15-21 business days.

What if I want to return my order?

Returns are offered within 30 days after product delivery on items that are unworn, unaltered and in new condition with all tags attached.

Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us before returning any products and tell us the reason for doing so. In order to return an item, please email us at hello@vrynk.com

I haven’t received my order yet. What’s going on?

If you are in the USA and it’s been over 10 business days since you placed your order, or if you are overseas and it’s been over 25 business days since you placed your order, please let us know by emailing us with your name and order number. Thanks for your patience!

A note for international customers: Occasionally overseas shipments will take a longer time due to the delivery country’s customs. Each customs office is different and Vrynk is not responsible for any fees or tariffs.

My tracking information states that my order was already delivered but I have not received it. What does this mean?

Please email hello@vrynk.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Once you are in checkout, you will see local payment methods and calculations for any appropriate shipping, duties, taxes and other customs fees.

How much is shipping in everywhere else?

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

A note for international customers: VRYNK is not responsible for any customs duties or fees assessed to your order. All fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Will I have to pay taxes and duties?

It’s important to note that once you order reaches its final destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which is paid by the customer.

Email us at hello@vrynk.com and we can give you more information. While we do everything we can to prevent any customs fees, holds, or taxes charged to you upon arrival, we cannot guarantee this. If these do occur, we are not responsible for paying these costs. The responsibility is yours, the customer. As well, if you send the package back due to any of the above reasons we will not issue a refund.

Which countries do you not ship too?

We offer international shipping but at this time are unable to ship to Russia,
Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria.
