We have a 30-day return policy. Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
